FEES
Edward Stone
uses three types of retainer agreements for bankruptcy
clients, depending the type of filing and the complexity of
each case.
Chapter 7: The
firm's fee for a Chapter 7 is between $1500 and $2500,
depending on the complexity of the case. The fee
includes the filing fee, which is $300.
Chapter 11: The
firm's fee for a business Chapter 11 is based on Mr. Stone's
hourly fee of $225 per hour. A $2,500 retainer is
required and acts like a savings account from which Mr.
Stone draws his hourly fee.
Chapter 13: The
firm's fee for a Chapter 13 is between $2500 and $5000,
depending on the complexity of the case. The fee
includes the filing fee.
* The above information
does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Clients
must execute written retainer agreements
for such a relationship to be established. If you have
questions involving fee agreements, please call Mr. Stone
