PROFILE

Edward J. Stone received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the
University of Michigan- Ann Arbor.
He went on to receive a Masters degree from the
prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications,
and earned his law degree from Syracuse University College
of Law.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and
the State of Maryland.
Mr. Stone practices bankruptcy law, however, he is
particularly well suited in determining whether there are
any viable alternatives to bankruptcy. He is currently
pursuing his Certified Financial Planning accreditation.
The CFP accreditation is the highest certification a
financial planner can possess and is the equivalent of an
accountant obtaining a CPA. As such, he is
also well positioned to provide clients with financial
planning advice as they emerge from the bankruptcy process.
Mr. Stone represents bankruptcy clients from all
counties in Utah.
The other key member to the Firm's team is paralegal Michael
Poulsen. Mike brings decades of bankruptcy experience
in ensuring that all pleadings are complete and the
process is expedited. Mike will screen your case
